Hey everyone! I am going to increase my fitness level from now onward.
So far my record I am able to do:
Strength:
Highest:
Push-ups Non-Stop: 3x
Diamond Push-ups Non-Stop: 1x
Pull-ups bar Non-stop: 10++
Cardio:
Highest:
Rope Jumping: 2xx
Jogging: 5km++
I know that I am not good in it yet.
But now onward, I promise that I would improve my fitness to the max!!
